Business Challenge:

Historically, IT managers faced the dilemma of either buying stand-alone tools to help with specific tasks (such as PC Anywhere to help with remote control of PCs) or  complicated server-based solutions that were difficult to implement and too complex for a non-specialist manager to use.

Outcome:

Former Mara Director Information and Technology Department, Puan Maimunah bt. Abdul Majid decide to implement TCO!stream Desktop Management System on August, 2008 for around-the-clock manage of desktop especially on end user support via remote control and patches deployment.

“Easy to control patches update my disaggregate it by branches and also OS... ” ~ Puan Norasheikin bt. Abdul Razak (IT Senior Officer)

Patches update is never been easier to control as the IT team never worried  on the PC which failed to receive it as TCO!Stream have capability to monitor and tell admin which PC not yet installed with latest patches

“Remote login is so..smooth as we sit in front of the user PC …” En. Hasanul Israf (IT Officer)

After TCO!Stream install, remote control can really reduce time for software support and it is easy to use. No need frequently go down to branches for support and for the result it save a lot more of man power and expenses.
